This card doesn't need a blockchain. The NXP NTAG 424 DNA chip performs hardware cryptographic signing on every tap. The signature changes every single time — making it physically impossible to copy or replay.

Every tap sends a unique CMAC signature generated from the chip's locked AES-128 key. The server rejects anything not freshly signed.
The chip's counter increments every read and can never decrease. Replayed links are rejected instantly.
The AES key lives in the chip's secure memory — it cannot be read out even with professional equipment. The card is the key.
